Requirements
- Proven experience of min. 1 year in the eCommerce / digital marketing field
- Advanced English level (C1-C2)
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level) and Microsoft tools
- Precision and very high attention to detail
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work easily with technology and tools
- Focus on teamwork and support
- Experience in cooperation with clients from global brands
- Experience in the pharma industry will be a big plus!
- Knowledge of Adobe pack will be a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Coordination and execution of the assigned creative projects
- Handling the administrative aspects of the project, taking care of assets, files and time management tools, paying huge attention to reporting details
- Creation of projects’ timelines, task prioritization, monitoring project’s progress
- Controlling and estimating project’s budget
- Performing quality checks in accordance with brand books and linguistic guidelines
- Overseeing the process and ensuring the timely delivery of the project
- Maintaining the quality and correctness of produced creative content
- Communication of processes to other team members
- Delegating tasks effectively to team assistants and freelancers
- Serve as the liaison between client and creative teams, interpreting briefs and coordinating the execution of graphic and textual projects
- Supervise the workflow of design teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market expectations
- Identify task-related issues/challenges and propose solutions for improvement
- Creating a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Overseeing project risks and proposing preventive actions or solutions
